Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Higherask, operated by [Company legal name] (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Higherask for a business, you accept them on its behalf.

Your account

You need a valid email address to sign in, and you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Trial, plans and billing

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins and your card is charged.
• Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
• Subscriptions are sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant-of-record service, which processes payment and applicable taxes under its own terms.
• Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
• If your plan ends, your account becomes read-only: you can still see and export your deals, but you cannot add or change anything until you choose a plan.

Your content

You own the deals, documents and other content you put into Higherask. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to use the content you add, including brand emails and contracts.

Suggestions, not advice

Higherask suggests rates, flags contract terms and drafts replies. These are estimates and explanations to help you decide. They are not financial or legal advice and do not guarantee any outcome with a brand. You decide what to charge, sign and send. For legal questions about a contract, consult a qualified lawyer.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Higherask: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other accounts or disrupt the service, and no reverse engineering or automated scraping beyond the features we provide.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Higherask available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features. We will give notice before removing anything material to your plan.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost deals or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
