Privacy Policy

Higherask helps YouTube creators run their brand deals: pipeline, rate card, quotes, contract checks, invoices and reminders. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it for us and the choices you have. Higherask is operated by [Company legal name], [address] (“we”).

What we collect

• Account: your email address and the sign-in records needed to keep your session secure.
• Your work: deals, brands, contacts, quotes, invoices, deliverables, reminders and channel details you enter, plus brand emails, briefs and contract text you paste in.
• Billing: your plan, its status and renewal dates. Card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and never reach our servers.
• Technical: server logs (such as IP address, browser and timestamps) kept briefly for security and debugging.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

How we use it

• To provide the service: store your deals, generate quotes and invoices, and send the reminders you set up.
• To read the text you paste (brand emails, briefs, contracts) and suggest fields, flags and replies.
• To run billing and tell you about your account, such as trial and renewal notices.
• To keep Higherask secure and working, and to fix problems.

Rate benchmarks may use aggregated, de-identified figures across many accounts. They are published only when enough creators contribute that no individual can be identified.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database and sign-in.
• Vercel: hosting.
• Anthropic: AI processing of the text you paste in, to extract details and draft suggestions. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
• Stripe: payments. Subscriptions are sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant-of-record service, which handles payment and sales tax and has its own privacy policy.
• Resend: reminder and account emails.

These providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

Brand and third-party information

When you paste a brand’s email or contract, it can include names and contact details of people at that brand. You control this data and should only add information you are allowed to use for running your deals.

Retention and your choices

• You can export your deals at any time, including after your plan ends.
• You can delete your account in Settings. That permanently deletes your account and everything in it.
• Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, or to object to some processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
